How to Buy LUSTE Tokens

This guide walks you through purchasing LUSTE tokens step by step.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, you'll need:

1. ✅ A Web3 wallet (MetaMask recommended)
2. ✅ ETH on Base network (for gas fees)
3. ✅ USDC or ETH to swap for LUSTE

Step 1: Set Up MetaMask

If you don't have MetaMask:

1. Visit metamask.io
2. Download the browser extension or mobile app
3. Create a new wallet and securely store your seed phrase

Protect Your Seed Phrase

Never share your seed phrase with anyone. LusterCMS will never ask for it.

Step 2: Add Base Network

Add the Base network to MetaMask:

1. Open MetaMask
2. Click the network dropdown (top)
3. Click Add Network
4. Select Base from the list (or add manually):

Step 3: Get ETH on Base

You need a small amount of ETH on Base for gas fees (~$0.50 worth is plenty).

Option A: Bridge from Ethereum

1. Visit Superbridge
2. Connect your wallet
3. Select amount to bridge
4. Confirm the transaction

Option B: Buy directly on Coinbase

1. Buy ETH on Coinbase
2. Withdraw to your wallet on Base network

Step 4: Add LUSTE Token to MetaMask

To see your LUSTE balance:

1. Open MetaMask on Base network
2. Click Import tokens
3. Enter the contract address:

0xF320d3e7A4841F4a3052316bf04dB5B84C5b25C2

4. Token symbol and decimals will auto-fill
5. Click Add Custom Token

Step 5: Purchase LUSTE

Option A: Decentralized Exchanges (DEX)

LUSTE will be available on:

• Uniswap (Base)
• Aerodrome (Base)

Steps:

1. Visit the DEX
2. Connect your wallet
3. Select LUSTE as the output token
4. Enter amount to swap
5. Confirm the transaction

Option B: Direct Purchase (Coming Soon)

We're working on direct purchase options through the LusterCMS dashboard.

Step 6: Verify Your Purchase

After the transaction confirms:

1. Check your MetaMask balance
2. View on BaseScan
3. Your LUSTE tokens are ready to exchange for AI credits!

Exchange for AI Credits

Once you have LUSTE:

1. Log in to LusterCMS
2. Go to AI Credits in settings
3. Click Exchange LUSTE Tokens
4. Connect your wallet
5. Enter amount to exchange
6. Confirm the transaction

DEX swap fee	~0.3% (varies by DEX)

Troubleshooting

"Insufficient funds for gas"

You need ETH on Base for gas. Bridge some ETH first.

"Token not showing in wallet"

Make sure you:

1. Are on Base network
2. Added the correct token address
3. Refreshed your wallet

"Transaction pending for a long time"

Base transactions usually confirm in seconds. If stuck:

1. Check BaseScan for status
2. Try increasing gas price
3. Contact support if issues persist

Security Tips

1. Verify contract addresses — Always double-check you're interacting with official contracts
2. Start small — Test with a small amount first
3. Use hardware wallets — For large amounts, consider a Ledger or Trezor
4. Beware of scams — We will never DM you asking for tokens or seed phrases
