LUSTE is a utility token designed exclusively for use within the LusterCMS ecosystem. Its sole purpose is to provide an alternative method for obtaining AI credits used by LusterCMS features.

1.2 What LUSTE Is NOT​

LUSTE Token:

  • ❌ Does NOT provide voting rights — LUSTE does not grant governance rights over corporate decisions
  • ❌ Is NOT a currency — LUSTE is not intended to be used as a medium of exchange outside the LusterCMS platform
  • ❌ Is NOT redeemable for cash — LUSTE cannot be exchanged back to fiat currency through LusterCMS

2. Risk Disclosure​

6. Token Economics​

  • Total supply is fixed at 100,000,000 LUSTE

  • LusterCMS reserves the right to modify distribution schedules

6.2 Exchange Rate​

  • The LUSTE to AI Credits exchange rate is set by LusterCMS
  • This rate may be adjusted at any time without notice
  • Rate changes are based on operational costs and sustainability needs

6.3 No Buyback Obligation​

LusterCMS has no obligation to:

  • Buy back LUSTE tokens
  • Maintain liquidity pools
  • Support token price
  • List tokens on exchanges

7. Intellectual Property​

LusterCMS retains all intellectual property rights in:

  • The LusterCMS platform
  • LUSTE token branding and trademarks
