Using the Media Manager

Uploading Files

  1. Go to Media in the sidebar
  2. Click Upload or drag files to the window
  3. Files are automatically processed and optimized

Organizing Files

  1. Create folders using the New Folder button
  2. Drag files between folders
  3. Add tags by selecting files and clicking Add Tags

Using AI Features

  1. Select an image
  2. Open the Inspector panel (right side)
  3. Click Generate Alt Text or other AI actions
  4. Review and save the results

Inserting Media

In the editor:

  1. Click the Media button in the toolbar
  2. Browse or search for your file
  3. Click to insert

Settings

Configure media settings in Settings → Media:

  • Max upload size — Set file size limits
  • Allowed types — Control which file types can be uploaded
  • Image sizes — Define responsive breakpoints
  • Storage — Configure cloud storage (S3, etc.)
